Sebastien Hotte, MD, MSc (HRM), FRCPC — Juravinski Cancer Centre

Dr. Hotte is currently an Associate Professor in the Department of Oncology at McMaster University and is a staff oncologist at the Juravinski Cancer Centre.  He is also the Chair of Department of Oncology Fellowship Program and the medical oncology fellowship program director. One of his main research interests is in Developmental Therapeutics with clinical research interests in genito-urinary (GU) malignancies and he is active in the field of translational research. He is the co-chair of the Cancer Care Ontario Program for Evidence Based Care GU disease site group, the Chair of the Canadian Cancer Trials Group (CCTG) GU disease site group and a member of the National Cancer Institute (NCI) GU Steering Committee.  He is a frequent reviewer for multiple journals and grant panels and the principle or co-author of over 150 peer-reviewed articles and over 300 original abstracts.  However, first and foremost he is a husband and the proud father of two exceptional children, as well as a road cycling weekend warrior and Zwifter.
